When ordering on line how do I know you have got my order?
When your order has been accepted you will see a confirmation statement on the screen. You will then be sent an e-mail confirming your unique order reference number and delivery details, should you not receive this e-mail confirmation within an hour of you placing your order please telephone the customer care team on 0800 043 0123
Can I check the progress of my order?
You can check the progress of your order by logging in, or by phoning customer care team on 0800 043 0123.
How do I cancel or change my order ?
Cancellations and changes to orders must be made at least 7 days before delivery for a full refund, by phoning customer care team on 0800 043 0123 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. Outside of normal opening hours, you can leave a message on our automated answering system, on 0800 043 0123
When will you take payment from my credit/debit card?
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of order for a single delivery or if you are paying for a delivery plan / scheme when you place your first order and then on the first of each month for the duration of your programme
Can I place one order for a regular delivery of flowers?
We will take your credit card details and deduct the amount at the start of each month prior to despatch of each delivery, you will be notified by e-mail confirming the deduction has been made. We will accept orders up to 12 months in advance.
Which Credit / Debit cards to you accept?
We accept all major crdit cards including Visa, MasterCard & American Express. During the ordering process, you will be asked to set up a DutchFlowersDirect account which allows you to sign in with your email address and a password to access your billing information and address book each time you order
